Long hours spent at a desk with poor posture and repetitive arm motion
can tighten the joints of the chest and upper back.
The postural muscles of the shoulder and chest muscles can in turn become
tight and fatigued.
Here at Battersea and Wandsworth Chiropractors, we will aim to adjust
the tight joints and if necessary relieve the achy knots (trigger
points) within the muscles using a deep tissue form of modified acupuncture
(dry needling) followed by stretching and postural retraining.
