Neck pain can be managed by a combination of chiropractic treatment and self-help exercises. We have seen some great results.

Your Chiropractor would assess you in order to work out the potential cause of your neck pain and establish whether it’s a cause they can help resolve. Treatment usually consists of manipulation to improve the function, alignment and flexibility of the spine and other joints. Massage helps release muscle tension and restore correct movement patterns. Exercises will be given to stabilise any problem areas and other advice such as altered movement patterns, posture and lifestyle changes will be given to increase the rate of recovery.
